As with every month at the end of the month I like to do an overview--just to remind myself of what we did and how I am doing on my goals etc.
Ok... Lets see-- what did we do in March.....

2. Because I Feel so much better I have been walking more-- at least once a week at cranes roost. AND Bike riding also. I know I need to add more WII.

1. To get more techno savvy-- well I have been on my Ipod I touch ALOT--hope that counts! AND downloaded my pics and I am working on my blog--ok so I mess up here and there--I am learning.
2. Get healthy--I have learned that even sweets raise my blood pressure and if I dont exercise my bp goes way up--sooo I am not avoiding that. I cant let the changes inour world affect my health--just not worth it. I try to get out and DO something physical 3 times a week.
3. Entertain-- either breakfast, lunch or dinner once a month-- crud--didnt do any of that-- gotta work on it-- well I did for my kids and family--BUT I meant for friends.
4. Organize this house (and decorate)-- well I did get my drawers done. Today I am cleaning.
5. Be more social-- Yep force myself to get OUT there! Its not that I dont like people--I really do--I am not sure if I have social anxiety or not--but...its like I just need the extra push--once I am out I am ok--I know its strange.

Time OUT!!
This is my second time trying to pubish this post. Another lesson in technology--but this is MY year to get it down. Ok....the weekend of March 20 and 21st Summer and I were in Time OUT! Yep.. we placed ourselves in Time OUT and loved it!!!
Time OUt for Women is put on by Deseret Books. It usually comes to Florida every year and around the time of Summers Birthday--so its become our weekend getaway. TJ got us a beautiful hotel close enough to the convention center to walk to it AND close enough to Sea World to walk to that as well! Ok... Day one-- Friday night we check into the hotel and get over to the convention center where Time Out was at. We got there just in time to see my favorite speaker--Cheiko Okazaki-- she was wonderful and I got pages of notes! The music and speakers were all wonderful! We had Hilary Weeks, Micheal McLean to entertain us! We laughed , listened and learned. Afterwards we went back to the hotel, found a deli in the hotel, got some sandwiches and candy and went to the hotel room and stayed up talking and laughing. The next day-Saturday we had to get up early. We had enough time to get some croissants and fresh fruit and walk to the convention center--we got there on time to get good seats and meet up with some sisters from my ward. We later saw a few sisters that have moved away or out of the ward--it was so nice to see everyone. Saturday was a full day of more music and speakers and uplifting messages--I couldnt stop smiling! We had lunch together as a group-- the sisters from my ward and Summer and I. The meeting began around 9am and ended at 4pm. We still had energy when it was over--I was so uplifted and happy and felt terrific! Sooo, we decided to walk around a bit. i spotted the "Peabody Hotel" I mentioned I had never seen the famous "Peabody ducks". Sooo, we decided to take a look. When we got there-- the "Duck Master" yep there is a "Duck Master" When the pics are put up --he is the one in red--he told us all about the ducks as they swam happily in the front fountain of the hotel. He told us they were going to make their famous walk in 20 min--so we decided to wait. Summer had gone to prom at the Peabody and so she gave me a tour. Then we heard the announcement overhead that the famous peabody ducks were going to make their walk. All of a sudden tons of people came around with camera etc. The Duck Master picked 2 kids from the crowd to help him. The red carpet was already in place. He placed the red stairs for the ducks at the front of the fountain. These ducks are specially bred from the original Peabody ducks and are treated like royalty. Then one by one they come down the stairs and walk the red carpet to their own elevator. The restof us took another elevator to the roof and saw the ducks go into the "duck castle"--soooo cute!!! After that we walked back to the hotel, got changed and went to the pool/hottub--really the hot tub mostly--we stayed in till our fingers looked like prunes. We went back to the deli-- more sandwiches and candy . We stayed up again and talked, laughed and watched girl movies. Sunday we overslept and quickly checked out, spent time at the pool, got some sun, shared Calzone at a closeby Italian resturant and walked to SeaWorld. We stayed at SeaWorld until it started to rain--we walked back in a light rain--not bad. Then decided to go home. Later, we ended the weekend with the whole family. TJ made us a wonderful dinner--linguine with clams and shrimp, and salad--yummm and we watched "Beverly Hills Chihuahua" PLUS Summer and Joey got us tickets to see "Cheech and Chong"!!!!

This time we are staying in Orlando at a hotel right next to SeaWorld. We will be going to Time Out For Women tonight after I pick her up from work and then back to the hotel...or if she has energy some late night laser tag. We are staying in the hotel Fri and Sat nights and going to both days of Time Out for Women. I hope it will be a fun weekend and relaxing too!!

SUNDAYS--March 15th
I Love Sundays... Especially when its so beautiful outside. Today, unfortunately I slept through it all. I had worked Fri and Sat... which left me tired on Sunday. I had all intentions of going to church--really I did. But when I got home TJ decided breakfast out was in order. I LOVE my time with my husband just me and him and a nice Sunday breakfast is even better. Soooo, We went to Mimis and ate outside on a beautiful Sunday morning. THen I came home took the dogs outside and enjoyed a bit more of the morning--THEN... slept with Chloe...ALL DAY.. dang it I missed the beautiful day!. Soooo, Right before sunset I brought the dogs outside with my laptop, sat in the backyard on my porchswing that I love and watched the sunset as I play on my laptop-- both puppies taking turns playing in the yard and snuggling with me. I am wearing one of the sun dresses that TJ got me in mexico all comfy and waiting for him to come home and make me dinner... ahhhh life is good.

Enrichment
Last night march 12th was the RS birthday party and enrichment meeting in the Longwood Ward. It was sooooo much FUN! First we had a silent auction... everyone got points based on various things like.. V Teaching, exercise, or if you brought something to be auctioned etc. I had 24 Points!!! We all tried to outbid each other for things like photo shoots, pies, services, etc. I won... 2 hemmed pants (we need that alot in our family) and 6 wrapped gift items-- very nice since I am terrible at gift wrapping and usually resort to putting gifts in nice gift bags and tissue paper, I also won a really nice bath set-- great for my gift area for a birthday gift or something like that. We had a really nice light meal with croissant sandwiches and fruits and veggies--perfect and water with lemon--verynice. We did a service project-- Flower arrangements for the store for the homeless kids to buy something for their moms (with points) for Mothers day( the young women made jewelry). I had so emuch fun seeing sisters I know and meeting sister I dont know!! Summer came also and I think she had a good time! We played a jeopardy game also--i think our team won but no one really kept score-- seemed like we answered most of the questions though--correctly--hehe. I am really going to try to get to church on Sunday--hopefully. :)

Hillary( The birthday girl!), Maggie ( The beautiful blonde and insanely funny!), Melissa ( The classy and quiet beautiful blonde), Kaaren ( The beautiful FUN, full of life and good dancer...always my dance partner) and me ( The red head that laughs alot and like to shake my booty--- Oh and the sweet innocent one too). I had cranberry juice and sprite mixed--yummy and so much better in a martini glass for some reason--hehe. Oh and we ordered some food. Then dancing, laughing, more dancing, more laughing. And finally home around 2 am or so..not real sure...But I didnt feel so great..it might be from sampling everyones drinks--yea I had a few bad girl moments and now I know why I dont do such things--hehe!!! That is really all I can remember... BUT I did get a few pics that I will download asap!!! NOT ALLLL the pics..just the decent ones I can put here on this blog. Some how, The girls got ahold of my camera while I was dancing with Kaaren and took some real special pics that just make me Laugh and Laugh..BUT those are NOT for the regular public. Needless to say... we got alot of attention and tonight I am cleaning up my act by going to church.... YES this party girl NEEDS some CHURCH tonight... But first thanks so much to the Winnie girls for making my life soooo much fun!!!!!!! I had a BLAST!!! Who Has the Next b-day???????????
